Chrome 156 is rolling out now for Googlebooks, arriving two weeks after Chrome 155 and delivering 14 documented updates spanning site behavior, keyboard shortcuts, and general bug fixes.
The update is incremental but broad. Google's official support thread lists changes across multiple subsystems, which means this is not a single-focus patch. If you use Googlebook shortcuts or rely on specific site rendering, something in this build likely affects your workflow directly.
The full changelog in Google's support thread is worth reading item by item. The specifics of which shortcuts changed and which site-level bugs were resolved will tell you more than the headline count does.
